Our management team has over 100 years of experience serving the oil and gas industry, from Canada to Venezuela and from the bayou to the shelf. With the diverse background of our team, we can serve every dive aspect of the oil and gas industry.

TIMOTHY CLEMENTSCEO/President

Timothy has over 30 years of experience in the offshore diving market. His expertise is in the sales/marketing and management of offshore diving, ROV and construction companies, both domestic and internationally. He has held positions as VP of Offshore Services, VP of Sales and Marketing, Sales Manager, Project Manager, Saturation Diver, Dive Superintendent, Diving Supervisor, Hard Suit Pilot and Diver in the Gulf of Mexico and overseas. He has been a part of several executive teams, making critical management decisions. Timothy has built a reputation of “Honor and Trust” with his clientele. His diverse experiences enhance his sales and marketing abilities, along with decision making to benefit both clients and potential candidates.

THOMAS MCNAMEEGeneral Manager Subsea Construction

Thomas has over 30 years of experience in the offshore diving and construction industry. He has extensive background and knowledge of project and vessel management, estimating, operations, as well as procurement. Past positions include Operations / Project Manager, Subsea Project Manager, Supervisor, and diver. Thomas prides himself on the career he has built over his years in the industry. Due to his integrity and commitment through the years, he has built solid relationships within the industry and continues to do so.
